To schedule an on-site showing of any of our available properties below, just click the ORANGE "Schedule Viewing" button. We use an automated self-showing system in which you can set up a walk-through of the home at your convenience.

PLEASE NOTE: Not all applicants will qualify for every available property. Here is a brief summary of what we require as part of an application:

Required Information:
1. Government-issued photo ID.
2. Copy of your taxpayer identification card.
3. Paystubs from the last 60 days or personal bank statements from last 180 days, all pages (no business bank statements).
4. Pet profile registered with https://dreambig.petscreening.com (even if no pets will be present in the household).
5. Current and previous landlord contact info for the previous FIVE YEARS.
6. All adults age 18+ must apply individually with their own email address and pay a $48 application fee. (This fee is not refundable so PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU MIGHT FALL INTO ANY OF THE DECLINE CATEGORIES BELOW.)

Common Reasons to be Declined:
Incomplete application; previous evictions (EVER); active collections from any landlord; HOUSEHOLD income less than 3x rent; unsatisfactory references; active bankruptcies; violent, sexual or drug-related felony convictions; more than 4 collections or collections exceeding $1,000; pets over 75lbs; pets of a breed considered "aggressive"; threatening or rude behavior; or move-in dates greater than 28 days from now. Additionally, criminal records are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be grounds for denial.
