What will your home rent for?
Tell us the address and how many bedrooms, and we’ll show you what comparable homes nearby are actually renting for right now.
Middle of the market
What this is, and what it is not. This is what similar homes near yours are being advertised and leased for. It is a starting point for a conversation, not an appraisal, and it does not know about your kitchen, your yard, or the shape the home is in.
A home priced at the top of this range sits longer. At $2,500 a month, holding out for an extra $100 takes two years to earn back a single month of vacancy — and it never really does, because the rent goes up at renewal anyway.
We will do this one by hand
How this works. Estimates come from a rental comparables service that reads recently advertised and leased rents within a short radius of the address, filtered to the bedroom count you gave us. The middle figure is the median — half the comparable homes rent for more, half for less. The typical range is the middle half of them. A small number of comparables means a wider, less certain answer, which is why we show the count. Figures are for planning and are not an offer, an appraisal, or a guarantee of what your home will lease for.
